About Kevin E. Fernandez

I care about the person you’re becoming.

There’s a reason I ask you questions that might be uncomfortable. I’ve had to sit with those questions myself. I know what it feels like to have a vision you’re afraid to pursue. I know what it feels like to look successful and still know something is off. And I know what it feels like to want another chance to become someone you respect. Begin with a free, 30-minute video conversation with me. We’ll talk about what matters to you, explore fit, and discuss the next step before you decide.

The possibility I hadn’t seen

When I started in insurance and financial services, I was shy, timid, and afraid of public speaking. Years later, I attended a Bob Proctor seminar in Los Angeles. I walked into that room with no idea that I wanted to become a coach or a speaker. Then I watched him help people think differently about their lives. As he challenged us to get honest about what we wanted, I realized I wanted to do that work too. I wanted to help someone make a decision they’d been too afraid to make. I wanted to help someone see more possibilities for their life. And then I went back to my insurance business for three more years. I knew what I wanted. I was afraid of what pursuing it would require. Leaving an established business meant stepping into work I hadn’t built before, with questions I couldn’t answer yet. Eventually, I decided to move toward the vision. I still sometimes feel nervous before I speak. I’ve learned that I can feel that and still serve the person in front of me.

Why Refuse to Drift matters so much to me

There is also a much more painful part of my story. I found myself living alone in a one-bedroom apartment, trying to understand how I had drifted so far from the man I wanted to be. I had avoided conversations, accepted compromises, and made choices that weren’t aligned with what I valued. The hardest part was losing respect for myself. I had to tell myself the truth about my part in the life I was living. Through prayer and reflection, my attention began turning toward a question: How could I help someone recognize drift before it cost them what mattered most? I wanted to reach the person who could still have the conversation, protect the relationship, or change direction. And I wanted the person who was already rebuilding to know they could still choose who they would become. That conviction is at the heart of this work.

I’m living these questions too

I’ve had experiences that changed how I saw my life. And then I’m still Kevin the next morning. I still have decisions to make, fears to face, and promises to keep. That’s why I care about how this message reaches your everyday life. I want you to have a vision that excites you and a way of living that protects what matters. I want you to be able to look back and respect how you showed up, even when the outcome wasn’t everything you hoped for. My relationship with God has been a central part of my journey. Wherever you are in your own beliefs, you’re welcome in this conversation.
