Hire Kevin to Speak

One honest question can change the conversation.

You want your next event to mean something after everyone goes home. You want someone to carry an idea back into their work, their relationships, or the private decisions they’ve been putting off. I care about that too. My own vision for coaching and speaking began in a room where someone asked a question I could no longer ignore. I want to bring that kind of honest reflection and possibility to the event you’re creating.

Invite Me to Speak

Through Refuse to Drift, I share the questions I’ve had to answer in my own life. What matters most? Where have I drifted? What do I really want? Who do I need to become? My hope is that someone recognizes themselves in the story, sees a possibility they’ve been overlooking, and leaves ready to make a decision that matters.

Get to Know Me

A message that meets your people where they are.

You’re bringing people together for a reason. Maybe you want your leaders to take greater ownership. Maybe your team is working hard but has lost sight of what they’re building. Maybe you’re navigating change, rebuilding connection, or inviting people to believe in a bigger vision. Tell me what’s happening in your organization and what you hope your people carry home. We’ll shape the Refuse to Drift Journey around the challenges they recognize, the possibilities they care about, and the choices they can make. That might mean looking at the beliefs that keep someone playing small, the conversations a leader has been avoiding, the gap between a team’s stated values and daily behavior, or the energy people need to give their best without losing themselves along the way. Invite me to bring a Refuse to Drift speaking message to your event, or explore a workshop that gives your team more time for guided reflection and conversation. We’ll discuss the format and timing that fit your people.

What I want your people to leave with

I want them to see themselves in the message and recognize something they’re ready to change:

  • Clarity about where they’ve drifted and what deserves their attention.
  • A bigger vision of what’s possible for their work and their lives.
  • The courage to take ownership of the choices and conversations they’ve been avoiding.
  • A personal standard for how they want to lead, communicate, and show up for others.
  • One meaningful action they can choose to take when they return to work.

Imagine what becomes possible when someone trusts themselves enough to speak up. When a leader takes responsibility for the example they set. When the values you talk about begin showing up in the way your people treat each other. That’s the invitation I want to bring into your room: there’s more in you, and you can begin living and leading like it.

A few things you might be wondering

How will you tailor the message to my audience?

We’ll start with who you’re bringing together, what they’re facing, and what you hope this experience makes possible. That conversation will guide the emphasis, examples, and questions we explore through the Refuse to Drift Journey.

What if I’m still working out the details?

Share what you know so far. We can start talking about your event even if you’re still deciding on a date or location.
